Our Agreements

  • Listen to your body. If it hurts, stop immediately, massage the area, and rest (you'll be shown resting poses). If you're not up for it, rest.
  • I am only a guide. I make suggestions and you make decisions. I hope my suggestions lead you to a place you will return to on your own.
  • What we can do today may be different from yesterday or tomorrow. We are not competing with ourselves or each other.
